I upgraded to RoboHelp 2022 and now my Next and Previous buttons do not appear in HTML5 output

I am writitng help for a mobile phone app and use a browse sequence to navigate my readers through the help. This no longer works in RoboHelp 2022 - the buttons are not in the output. I tried using the Charcoal Gray template provided by RoboHelp but this doesn't work either (no browse sequence buttons - but this default skin also works fine in RoboHelp 2020).

Are you running Patch 3 of RH2022? Have you tried testing with the sample project?

I am experiencing the same problem. I am running 2022.1.188 and RoboHelp indicates that my installation is up to date. The Charcoal Grey template results in only one button in the output, the Print button. The template itself seems to be missing images for Next and Previous buttons, as well as the scripts that actually make them work.

No, it's not - there's a bug in the update mechanism for Patch 1 - see the pinned post - https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/update-3-of-robohelp-2022-release-is-now-available/td-p/13990870

Thank you. Finding out that I needed to manually install the patch made all the difference. Working as expected now.

    I am running 2022.0.346

I just created an HTML5 output for the FINTECNews sample project. I created a browse sequence and selected the default Charcoal_Grey template, and buttons DID appear in the output.

At the risk of asking a silly question, is the sequence selected in the preset?

Missing in desktop view and mobile view or just the latter?

    Both desktop and mobile.
