I've created a CHM file by generating Web Help Converter to CHM but the window is blank when I run the file. Has anyone had this problem?

I've created a CHM file by generating Web Help Converter to CHM but the window is blank when I run the file.

I've generated a Multiscreen option and Web Help option and they work beautifully.

Can you help please?

Where is the CHM when you are opening it? Do you have it on a network drive by chance? If so, copy it to your local C drive and try again.
