".idx" file not showing all items in Author: Index panel.

I need to transfer idx to another project. Using latest version of RH 2020.

Not an option in 2020. All the index entries are in the head section of the topics so that's where the data is. It is not in a single file.

I think it is part of the mechanics of pulling those index entries into the output.
