If developer or client ask to send the content.

Question

Assume I am done with writing the technical content in RoboHelp and I am generating it in responsive html5 format then what folder I need to submit to the developer or client? Do I need to submit the entire folder generated given below to the developer /client?

Yes, everything in the output folder and subfolders is required for the help to work.

Usually this would mean publishing or copying to a webserver, or placing in a central location for a developer to access so it can be included in an application. You can also zip eveything up to transfer, and if necessary provide instructions for how and where to unzip it.
