I am a RoboHelp 2020 user..

Is it possible to set an image smaller than its original size, then have it display in its original size when you hover the mouse over the image?

A thumbnail should increase when hovered over or clicked on in the online output. You should see the smaller image in the topic & that expands into the larger (original) image size when selected. What are you seeing in the output topic page?

You can set an image so that it is small in the output and expands when clicked on. It's called Thumbnails.

See RH2020 Images, Videos and Captivate (grainge.org). When you generate the output, see the Layout Tab and select the Use Thumbnails checkbox.

I set the thumbnail as shown below and printed it as Frameless.

However, the image size does not decrease, and clicking on the image does not change anything.
