I've searched the help, communities and googled. Does anyone know if there is anyway to create or simulate some type of image map (dual pane display) in RoboHelp for Word?

Since these posts, I have been using RoboHelp HTML to implement image maps and frame sets. As for the ability of my SMEs to edit content outside or RoboHelp, they seem to be getting a long just fine editing the HTM topics using editor like MS Word and Visual Studio. Thank you for your help.

How about Framesets? I was hoping to implement Hotspots that link to frames. Yeah - I know - Robohelp HTML.

Hi again hylandwriter1

Image maps in RoboHelp for Word are known as HyperGraphic images. The file format is .SHG (Segmented HyperGraphic) Look for HyperGraphic in the RoboHelp help file.

As you are seemingly interested in Image Maps, it sounds as if you are desiring HTML based output. I advised in the other thread that if this is the case, consider switching to RoboHelp HTML.

Cheers... Rick
