Image not importing in robohelp 2020

Hello All,

Tried to import a word document in robohelp2020.The word document contains 2 images- one without any additional text field and other with additional text field added with the image. While importing,only the image without text field is imported.Other image with text field is not imported.Is there any other way to import that image also.
