Import from RH10 to RH2019 Classic

I have a project compiled as a HTML (.chm file) under RH10. This project needs to get imported to a workstation that has RH 2019 installed, using RH 2019 Classic. The .xpj file was imported under the HTML Help Project selection. It displays without the topics from the original project and without a TOC. What am I doing incorrectly?

What you need to do is first of all create a backup copy of the project in RoboHelp 10 format.

Then open RoboHelp 2019 Classic and go to File > Open and browse to the XPJ of the original RoboHelp 10 project.
