import from word and robohelp table of contents not correct

I want the table content to be the same as the word chapter,

I uses robohelp to import word file for html , select the corresponding style, and click import button , the [ table of content ] is not the same with word chapter . Is there any way to solve it please?

i am using the robohelp 2020 test version. thanks .

I have explained what you need to do. Break on Heading 1 only.

Not being able to read the characters I'll do my best, I think the issue is how you are breaking your document and the TOC level selected.

Am I right in thinking that in your first image showing the Word TOC, the order is as below?

Heading 1

Heading 2

Heading 1

Heading 2

If you break your document on just Heading 1, you should get that in RoboHelp.
