Importing Output Preset in Adobe Robohelp

Hello,

We have recently upgraded from Adobe RH 2019 classic version to RH 2022 version a nd need some help on creating output preset for Responsive HTML5 outputs. We are having multiple RH projects that we work on, we have customizwd the output profile for a single project, but since we have multiple RH projects and translation projects, we have to individually customize presets in each project. Is there a way to import that customized preset to different projects so that it just saves time and the output remains same throughout. Any updates will be helpful on this issue. Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for the response. I tried generating the output using customized frameless skin and was able to create the output (web o/p screenshot). I tested this output on our internal server (real VNC server screenshot attached below), and found that I was not able to view TOC, title, and the search icon on the top header bar that appears on the web o/p screenshot. See screenshots for your reference. Is there some setting that we need to do while generating the output. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks!

    I’m slightly confused by what the “Real VNC Server” image is actually showing other than it appears to be a constricted screen size. Does the output “work” if you view it locally? It appears to work fine when viewing with a browser (as per your second image) - where is that output located & is it in a different place than the output in the first image? Also, what point version of RH are you running? There have been a few patches issued.
