Importing Word doc into Robohelp 11

When I try to import a Word doc into Robohelp 11, I receive an error message that Robohelp does not detect MS Word and that I need to install the program. I don't understand why I am getting this message. I have MS Word 2016 installed. Does anyone know how I might set Robohelp to detect Word and import Word documents?

It's because Microsoft Word 2016 was released long after RoboHelp 11. Even the latest RoboHelp 2015 Release doesn't know how to work with Word 2016 until you install a Service Release for RoboHelp.

Try clicking Help > Updates. (RoboHelp 2015 Release shown)

RoboHelp 11 is not compatible with Word 2016. You need to either upgrade

RoboHelp or downgrade Word.

I'm glad I found this post. I have a user that is using RoboHelp 11 and trying to import documents from Word 2016.
