I have moved your post as RoboHelp for Word is a separate program that is no longer shipped.

I have just imported a Word 2016 document into RoboHelp 2015 and no one else has reported this issue so my first inclination is that this is a local issue.

Is the document one created before or after the Office update? Try both.

After that I would try an uninstall and reinstall or RoboHelp. If that doesn't fix it, post back.

Thanks, Peter.   I am working thru re-install of Office on the machine where RH 2015 is loaded.    I'll post back once I have more details.
