Including WebHelp output in application installation scripts

Hello. Can someone point out where I can find instructions to pass on to build engineers on how to include the help output files in their installation scripts? The engineers that I work with use ClearCase and they were not familiar with how they can update their auto install scripts to include the help output files that I provided them. Thanks you.
