Incorrect behavior of the menu in the frameless output

Hello. I faced a next problem with RH. The left menu doesn't work correctly for Frameless output. I can select several items at once. Please see video.

Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a solution to it?

There is no "of course" about it. Sometimes asking someone if they have done what is an obvious test the answer comes back they have not.

I have eventually managed to replicate the issue on your server and mine by clicking in a totally unrealistic repeated clicking, no real user would be doing that. I then tried for a full minute doing the same with the RoboHelp Tour and could not replicate it.

I will generate a fresh output from your project when time permits but I doubt it will make a difference. Regardless, whilst there does appear to be a bug, it does not seem to be one that would be encountered in real world use. All I can suggest is you create a bug report. Please follow this link to report bugs or request new features. https://tracker.adobe.com. Post the link to your bug report / feature request in this thread and others can vote for it. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.

Since I have not encountered this problem on my old projects, I suppose it is related to the latest RH updates.

I have sent you a link to the project on my server. I have tried it on your server and I cannot break it there either.

Have you tried testing from more than one machine?

Unfortunately not even 10 seconds after I encountered this problem on your server.

Of course I tried to test from different PCs, moreover my manager told me about this problem.

Have you tried it on multiple machines?

Now you added something that is useful, it's only on the server. Testing on my server should help prove or disprove something on your server being the issue.

Here's a video example from your site. Sometimes it takes a while, but sometimes it happens almost immediately.

I'm not seeing the effect either - are you holding down any keys while clicking on the TOC items or something?

No ))) Believe me, I'm more interested than anyone else in making it work properly.

Do you really think this is not enough? )))

I was simply asking you to try other things as that is the usual way of troubleshooting things. I'm sorry if you don't like the way I try to help.

You could create a copy of a good project or just output to a different folder so that your working output is safe. Or you could send me a copy of an output that is not working for you. The simple new project would be best. I will try it locally and on my server. From the latter you will be able to test it also.

However, if you don't like me stabbing at things until I can replicate it, then you will have to try Support.

I have already written that other projects are working fine so far and cannot reproduce this problem. This problem does not appear locally, but only on the server.
Of course I have notified support about the problem, but I no longer have any illusions about their effectiveness.

I have clicked around that area and cannot reproduce it.

So you have four projects and one was playing up. Are you saying that now one of the other three is also playing up?

What operating system and more likely what browser are you using?

You can see my screenshot, right? I can send you a video.

I specifically created an empty standard project and found this problem. I found this problem on your site. Do you really think this is not enough? )))

I observe this problem in Chrome, Edge and Safari.

I have not seen that or seen it reported.

Go to RoboHelp Tour Introduction (grainge.org) and see if you can replicate it there. I couldn't.

Does it only happen when you click in the way you are, which is not normal use, or does it also occur if you use it more as a typical user would? Also does it also happen with the supplied About RoboHelp sample project?

Is this 2019 or 2020 and are all updates applied? I don't think it is an update issue but worth checking.

    Hi Peter.
I also can't reproduce this on my other three projects that have been implemented before. But now, when I'm updating the template one of the projects, I face this problem.
I tried installing an empty standart template and some empty topics and found that this problem exists and is independent of my template and content.
