Increase / Decrease Icons

Fed up with repeatedly clicking these icons to increment/decrement the value?

Click on whichever icon once, then hold down the Enter key until you reach the value you want.

Easy when you know how.

Note though it may not work in all instances. Post here any you find where it does not.
