Index Search: Specific entries not appearing when manual is hosted

My manual has a lot of index entires.

In my hosted manual (using a webserver), no index entries with the window_ prefix appear in the search.

However if I open the same manual directly through its index HTML file, then the window_ prefix index entries appear.

This ONLY happens with window_ entries and nothing else.

Not 100% sure what you're talking about here, but let's start with the basics -

what version of RH? Include the point version so that we can tell if you're up to date.
What output are you creating? What skin or preset are you using? Did you make any edits to it?
Have you tried using the sample project? Does it have the same issue?
