Index terms have spaces in RH7 and don't work
When clicking the Index icon in front of a multi-word title,
RH now picks up the entire title instead of just the first word.
And it puts a space between the words instead of the underscores
from RH5. The links don't work unless they have underscores - you
jump to the top of the document instead of the link location.
In RH5 by tabbing at the end of the typed index term RH inserted underscores...or when you clicked OK it inserted underscores. How do we do this in RH7? I have "use underscores in file names" checked but don't see an option for this. ?? THANK YOU!
