IndexCreator Errors

Question

RoboHelp Server 6. I am getting

Error Message:
Error messages were returned from IndexCreator

Description:
Error messages were returned from the Index Creator. These
errors prevent the Index Creator from successfully creating index
files for the search engine.

Extra Data:
Cannot get supported file types from predefined file, error:
The operation completed successfully..

I've had a case open with adobe for over a month and have not
progressed. I am getting indexCreator error messages in the
troubleshooting tab of the rh server config manager. I am focusing
on this error because it is there and I feel it may have something
to do with my real issue on stability with rh 6. Any thoughts or
ideas are appreciated.

I was also getting this error. Does the Natrual LanguageSearch work at all?I found this in the knowledge base and it worked bor myissue:http://www.adobe.com/go/rb_e31824Hope it helps!Donna
