Indigo layout. How do I get rid of the "Employee care 3" item in the header?

The tiny little graphic to the left of the text (Which when generated displays the filename of my project) is our company logo and "Home" button. It appears to have squashed the logo down to a miniscule size and I would like to remove it. I cant work out how to do this. Any ideas? Also Custom URL 1 and 2 are unnecessary in my layout and Id like to remove them too.

Any help would be much appreciated.
