Inserting Webview into HTML5 project

To insert a webview into an HTML project would the best way be to use a link and customize it in the dialog to open in the same frame? Would value suggestions, best practices of others who have used this feature. Thank you in advance.

    I haven't had much occasion yet to use this, but have an interactive, one-screen online web app that I would like to embed. An iFrame may be the optimal way to go. Preliminary try just now worked nicely. Again, much thanks.
