Install Robohelp 9

I need to migrate an existing installation to a new host. Though I am able to retrieve the license information of the running hold system, the installation does not proceed, because of an invalid license.

The setup says Robohelp 9 32bit server, but the installed version seems to be just Robohelp 9. Was there a difference in versions? How to retrieve Robohelp 9 install files?

Depending on how it was purchased & licensed, you may be able to retrieve the installation files for RH9 (RoboHelp Server is a separate product you install on your web server to serve up webpages created in RoboHelp) here - https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html or through the Licensing site - https://licensing.adobe.com/
You'll need to deactivate the copy on the old machine before reactivating on the new.
But all this begs the question - why are you spending any time on a product that is so out of date? You'll have no luck getting the output to load on a current browser these days. I would download and test out the trial of RH2020.

you won't be able to migrate anything adobe without causing problems.  properly install on your new computer using the installation files, Download RoboHelp (adobe.com)
