Is anyone here translating RoboHelp files with the CAT tool Across?

well, so far we have not been able to specifically locate the errors. We always eventually find the cause, but it's always something else. Sometimes Across just does not want to import the files (sometimes it works), sometimes it does not want to export them after translation (sometimes it works) and sometimes RH does not want to import them back in (sometimes it works). As neither Across nor RH give any helpful tips on the cause of the error, finding errors takes ages.

In our previous tests, everything worked, but now my colleagues are trying to actually translate their projects. As I said, I'm not specifically looking for solutions for a specific error, just looking for some exchange with other Across users. Across is trying to help and looking for the issues and our translation department is also looking for solutions, but maybe we overlooked something in the process - therefore the question.
