Is it possible to disable editing for Responsive HTML5 output?

We are planning to deliver content in Responsive HTML5 format. Is it in any way possible to prevent end users from editing the content using the Developer options in a browser?

    They shouldn't have write permissions wherever the content is hosted so anything they do in Developer options should not be saved.
