is robohelp 2015's WebHelp Pro output WCAG 2.0 compliant?

I have only been able to find documentation relating to RH 2017 as WCAG compliant. The little related searches i have come across to RH 2015 specifically is about HTML5 output.

i have also requested a compliance document from Adobe but i dont know how great they are with those types of requests.
