Yes. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Why not ask your question here? It's often quicker and answered by users who know the tricks from experience.

Just for info, I wrote 4 support cases to tcssup@adobe.com but no answer even after 10 days.
