Issue in Prev and Next buttom from Frameless Output

For Prev and next button in my Frameless output, I used browse sequences and added all the required sections and topics in the order. When the Frameless output was deployed for production, I found Prev and next button is working only for sections, but Prev and Next button aren't working for topics under the section. In the below-attached pics, the first picture's button works, and the second picture's buttons doesn't work. In Robohelp's local output buttons were working fine but as we deployed the output, we are facing this issue. I request to help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Can you post the solution for anyone in future who has the same problem?

I have turned on the toggle switch of "Browse sequence in the right panel". After turning on these navigation buttons "Prev and Next" works perfectly.

    Thanks,

Another thing you could try first is to generate the About RoboHelp sample project and see if there is a difference between what you see locally and what you see on the server.

Sorry for the late reply peter. We tried the method you suggested but still, the buttons are not working completely. If the output was not successfully published, then other features and buttons should not work for sections too. But here, buttons are working fine for sections but not for topics. Kindly help to sort this issue.

I suggested testing with the About RoboHelp sample project and generating to another folder. Did you try both?

You can't export the source project as such but i am not seeing how that will help. If it is to try it on another machine, then zip it, copy it across and unzip.

Has this worked in the past and now fails or is this new?

Maybe try generating to a new folder on the server, doubtful but worth a try.

Can you share the project? If you can, then see the Contact page on my site and send the project as instructed there. Do make sure you include a link to this thread and please do not email the project direct. I will generate a fresh output and try locally and on my server. First though let me know the size of the output.

If the output works locally but not on the server, it means the output has not successfully been published to the server.

How are you getting the output onto the server?

Have you tried a file comparison tool such as Beyond Compare to ensure what is on the server is exactly the same as the local output? Your developers are likely to be able to help with that.

    Hi Peter,

We are using Github repo to get the output on the server. For all the sections the buttons are working but not for the topics under the sections.

OK but something is going wrong in the process. What is on the server cannot be the same as what you have locally or it would work the same way.

As before, get your developers to do a file comparison.
