Issue with Running Creative Cloud and RoboHelp Simultaneously on Same Adobe ID
Hi Adobe Support,
I have two active Adobe subscriptions associated with the same email address:
One for Creative Cloud
One for RoboHelp
Currently, I’m unable to run both applications at the same time — signing into one forces me to sign out of the other. It seems like there’s a conflict between the licenses, even though both subscriptions are active and linked to the same Adobe ID.
Is it possible to merge both subscriptions so I can use Creative Cloud and RoboHelp simultaneously without needing to sign in and out each time?
Please let me know the best way to resolve this.
