The webhelp doesn't open even after a new project is created after the patch is applied.

How did you apply the patch? Did you also install the IE10 patch? That fixes some different files and may be causing the issue.

If you install the 10 patch (IE10 patch for RoboHelp 9 installation | WvanWeelden.eu) and then the 11 patch, does it work then? - If it does, please post back so that I can update instructions on my site.
