Issues with RH adding a Paragraph in Bullets/Not Saving Work

We use RH 17 and Robosource Version Control. For one of the user in my team, RH is adding a paragrapgh in bullet list. Also, it is not saving her work. What could be the reason and how can we resolve it? See the attached Bullets.png.

Well, something must have changed if it worked before & now it doesn't. I'd disconnect them from version control, uninstall RH and kill off any local files, then reinstall & reconnect to the version control system.

Ok, so have you checked the difference in Style definitions between working & non-working users?
If their work isn't being saved, that would suggest something has gone wrong in your setup of version control for them. Was it working before & now doesn't work? If so, what's changed?

Nothing has changed from settings perspective. It was working before and suddenly it is not. We even gave her the project folder that we have but the issue still persists.

This is in the same project other users are working on? How is the bullet Style defined vs. other users where it's not behaving that way?

Yes, it is the same project for all of us. See the attached Correct Bullet Style.png (attached) which is appearing correctly for all of us except one user. Also her work is not being saved.

Not understanding what you're asking - what version of RH? Are you up to date? If the issue is only happening for 1 user and not others, what's different about that one user? Can you post some screenshots of what the issue is?
