Issues with using large size Word documents in RoboHelp 11(Responsive HTML5 (Primary Layout))

While creating the help file using RoboHelp 11, when I tried to create the file through the Responsive HTML5 (Primary Layout) link, I repeatedly got a pop-up indicating that RoboHelp 11 has stopped functioning. This happens for one of the large Word documents (91MB) but not for smaller sized document. Do you have any suggestions on how this issue can be resolved?
