Linked FrameMaker TOC doesn't show up

Hi,

Still feeling my way arround this powerful tandem of FM and RH.

Either it is not working or I'm just not getting it 🙂  When I link/import an FM TOC, two problems:

1) When I select the FM TOC to link, I do not get the Content Settings DB asking me how to import the TOC. It just starts importing the file like a regular chapter file. Once the file is in the project, I right mouse-click> Properties, and I do get a DB w/ a Contents tab that looks like Contents Setting DB that the documentation describes, except the "Add to existing TOC" radio button is inactive. At this poitn it makes me locate a TOC file, even though I rt-clicked on one to get this dialog box!

2) So I click "Convert FrameMaker Table of Contents" check box  and name it and click "Create new associated TOC" radio button. I browse to the FM TOC location and click OK. Something appears in the Table of Contents project folder with the name I entered. But nothing is in it. When I select it, the TOC viewer pane is empty.

Something is messed up here. Probably me 😉 Please advise...bated breath and all that...
