Linking Baggage file RoboHelp2015

Does anyone know how to clear the list of files in the link to baggage file list when you create a new TOC? I have linked several baggage files I am having a hard time seeing the whole name of the file.

    Hi there

    The only way I can fathom to clear that list is to delete the files from Baggage. And that sort of defeats the purpose, no?

    Perhaps it will help to know that you are able to grab the filename and path and just paste it into that field? So perhaps the answer is to determine that beforehand, then paste instead of dealing with the list.
