Linking to a 'living' document in RH 8

Hello,

I am currently trying to link to a shared Excel file in RH 8, my link to the file is fine, however, as RH creates a copy of this file any changes which are made are not saved unless I re-publish which I will not be able to do as there is a potential for 5 people to be updating the file at the same time. Is there a way around this so the link shows the latest version of the document with changes?

The way to do this is to add a link to the URL location of the Excel file which does not copy the file into the project. Just type some text (e.g. To add your Sales figures click here) with a hyperlink on "here" with the URL.
