Linking to another project

I am linking to another Flashhelp project from my TOC. I designate it to open in a new window, but it doesn't. Is there a TOC code doc so I can force it to open? OR should I merge the projects. I tried that but that didn't seem to work either. What are the steps to merge a project in Flashhelp? Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I know I can do it in Webhelp.

I just successfully merged two projects using FlashHelp output (not Pro, and I'm not using RoboHelp Server. Same prodedure as merging for WebHelp.

One thing though: the TOC does not sync and I had the Automatic sync checked during generation. Anyone got that to work?

Hi all

jennicks - The only way FlashHelp can currently be merged is if you use version 6 of RoboHelp and create FlashHelp Pro output. This also requires the RoboHelp Server component.

I suppose you could try opening the other project by using a Redirect topic configured for this purpose. You would configure the redirect so that it pointed to the other FlashHelp start page.

Sorry, I should add that I would use RoboHelp 6 (and server if required)

I need to know this too. Can you link across projects, assuming that they are in teh same location?
