Linking two Projects

I have two Master Projects which reference one another and I would like to link the two of them together. From a specific Topic in one project, I would like to be able to link to the relevant topic in the other project. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!

    Your question might be easier to answer if we knew what output you are generating (CHM / Webhelp) and with what (RH for Word, RH HTML).
