Log4j and RoboHelp?

According to Adobe's Log4j information page RoboHelp is not impacted by the Log4j issue. Does that mean all versions of RoboHelp are ok and not impacted by the issue? My organization is running RoboHelp 10 (Client-Server.)

You will have to ask Adobe about that. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
