Logo squished on mobile and tablet configurations

Question

Using the basic Azure_Blue template, I specify a logo image in the Header (Preserve Aspect Ratio=Yes, width=150px). In the output preset I put in a Title of "Help." The Mobile and Table configurations don't seem to leave space for a wide logo; meaning there's a dramatically shrunken logo next to a normal-sized "Help." Is there any way to allow more space for the logo in the Mobile and Tablet configurations? Or, alternatively, specify a different logo for them?

Have you tried different settings after clicking each of these icons shown in the template editor?

I have a suspicion there is an outstanding bug whereby the settings for one apply to all but that might not be all settings. Play around with it.

If you can change to a frameless output, there are more options that might help. Note though if you use context sensitive help, your calls may need to change.
