Can anyone tell me where to find the Marquee option in the lastest UI of Robohelp 2019.

I should say I haven't tried this at all, and definitely not with Robohelp output. But the theory is sound. 🙂

According to https://www.w3docs.com/learn-html/html-marquee-tag.html the marquee tag is now deprecated and 2019 adheres to current standards. You could try adding it in code view but no guarantees it will work.
