Master Project not executing MapID calls? RH11

I've followed this to a T: (Adobe RoboHelp 11 * Merging Help projects). And MapID calls still do not bring up the help screens.

I created a small scale example to test:

A Child Project with one other topic page and a MapID associated with it.

The Master Project only has a reference to the Child Project.

My call looks like this:

Shell("hh.exe -mapid 99338 C:\RobohelpTest\MasterTest.chm", AppWinStyle.NormalFocus, True)

Nothing comes up when I make the call through the master, but it works when I call the child directly.

Any thoughts?
