Merged WebHelp rh_projects folder

In Peter Grainge's instructions, the rh_projects folder contains parent and child folders. The child folder contains source files for child_1, 2, 3, etc, where child_1 is the "welcome" topic, and child_2, 3, etc are the individual projects.

For a single Help author, it makes sense to have all projects in rh_project. However, multiple Help authors will work on their own local drives. Do the multiple Help authors need to make their source project files available to the merge Author (such as on a server, where merge Author would copy them down) or just their generated WebHelps?

Peter's probably gone nighty-night by now (he's in the UK, you know).

The process is quite simple:

[WORK ON PROJECT SOURCE ON LOCAL MACHINE]
Each of our writers work on their projects under C:\XXXmerge folder, which contains a master folder and all child projects under the projects folder. To insert links to other child projects, they copy that source project folder to their machine (this allows RH to maintain the proper link paths).

[GENERATE WEBHELP OUTPUT TO LOCAL MACHINE]
Each of our writers then generate to the correct folder under C:\XXXgenerate (not under the !SSL! default), which contains all child projects under the mergedProjects folder. (Set the path for this in the first window of the Generate wizard.)

[PUBLISH WEBHELP OUTPUT TO SERVER]
Each of our writers then publish to the correct folder under \\docserver\XXXgenerate, which also contains all child projects under the mergedProjects folder. (Set the path for this in the fourth window of the Generate wizard.)

[COPY SOURCE FILES TO SERVER (for backup purposes)]
Each of our writers then copy their source files to the correct folder under \\docserver\XXXmerge, which also contains all child projects under the mergedProjects folder.
