minimize window option

When I set the window properties for my main Help window, I selected the option of having a "minimize window" option button, but when the user clicks on it, nothing happens. The window doesn't change size at all. How do I fix this?

Are you calling the help from an applications. If so, you will need to liase with the application developer to get this feature to work. Check out the robohelp help topic Advanced Window Properties dialog – Styles tab"
