Missing Images after Compiling

Question

We recently just upgraded from RoboHelp 7 to RoboHelp 9.  When opening the project for the first time in 9, I recieved an image error message.  When I viewed my project in RoboHelp 9, it looked fine.  When I compiled and opened my chm. file my images are not displaying.  Thanks

Welcome to our communityI don't suppose you thought to jot down what the message said? That could likely be a key factor in why you are having issues now.I might suggest repeating the process using the backup copy you maintain. Then note the message.Cheers...
