Missing images after generating in X6

Question

We just recently purchased RoboHelp X6 and then generated a
WebHelp project and provided it to our Development team - like we
normally would. They did a compare of the current output file to
the previous file before adding the help to the production server.
They found that over 30 image files were missing and from what we
can tell it appears to be "popup" screen shots that we were using
as "show me" files.

Has anyone else had a problem like this? Unfortunately, IT
has not had time to install RoboSource Control, so this project was
not under source control, where we could just roll back.

Hi. Does the problem occur if you run the output on your PC?if not, I suspect the problem mto be security related. You may wantto get your IT people to look into the ActiveX settings as theseare the cause of frequent problems with popups.
