Missing Index Entries in Printed Documentation

Hello All,

Using RoboHelp X5 to generate a Web Help File and corresponding Printed Documentation. Within the Web Help file there are index extries which are linked to a topic. Within the topic are bookmarks which also link to index entires.

When I generate the Printed Documentation, only index entries linked to a topic appear, those entries linked to a bookmark do not appear.

How do I generate the Printed Documentation and have all the index entries (topic and bookmark linked) appear?

Thanks

Bookmarks are removed during conversion to printed doc, so you might be out of luck. See "FAQs about creating printed documents" in the online help.

This is to confirm that if you use bookmarks (the little white flag icons) in your topics, then drag them under an Index keyword in the Index designer, they definitely WILL NOT show up in the printed docs. To solve the problem, I created separate topics so there wouldn't be a need to bookmark (which I did because the user would have had to scroll to view the whole page), then linked the keywords to those topics.
