Missing language in the list of candidate languages for translation

Hi there,

I can't find Ukrainian in the list of candidate languages for translation.

Can someone advise me on what would be my best option then?

I can only think of creating a new Rh project for that language and using the html files for the translation (as we did before Rh 2020 actually)...

Any better idea?

Thank you.

    Hello there,

Here is the answer from Rh Support:

We discussed with the product team and they have looked at the same earlier and discussed internally.
RH doesn't have a Ukrainian language option to create a new project. So, it is not supported in translation as well because it would create a Ukrainian project and it will create issues.

In conclusion, they confirm the only option so far is to create a new project (even if the language is not supported) and send the html files to the translation agency.

As far as I know the list is what it is. You could always request more languages by submitting a feature request but that will not help you right now. Please follow this link to report bugs or request new features. https://tracker.adobe.com. Post the link to your bug report / feature request in this thread and others can vote for it. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.

Beyond that it probably is a case of working as you did before but it might be worth speaking to Support for ideas. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
