Missing Navigation

I am using Flashelp with RoboHelp X5.0.2

I am publishing the projects to our company intranet. I have done as suggested in other topics and added it as a trusted site in the security settings but the navigation/skin is still not appearing.

Can anyone help, this is extrememly frustrating

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the link but that relates to the previous next buttons, which aren't related to my problem. After generating a project and opening it from our intranet I can't view the Flash Skin or entire navigation.
