Missing PDF Maker Files

I recently encountered an error while generating printed documentation that said something about "disabling". Now, if I try to generate a pdf from a Word file, even directly from Acrobat Elements, I get an error that says I am "Missing PDF Maker Files". Attempting to run the installer in Repair mode does not fix the problem.

P.S. I can generate a pdf from a .jpg using Acrobat Elements, but not a Word document.
