Missing WEBP images from MS Word and PDF outputs, RoboHelp 2022

While the Responsive output is fine, WEBP images are missing from Word and PDF outputs generated by RoboHelp 2022. Replacing WEBP images with PNG in a project solves the issue. Is WEBP not supported in MS Word and PDF output formats or is there some kind of problem?

Revising my reply.  I poked around RoboHelp's own help and eventually found it states webp is supported. My apologies. It would appear therefore that the problem is with the outputs you specified. I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

I will be interested to learn what they say.

I think you answered your own question. Not a supported format.

Thank you for your answer. I wish it would have been clearly stated in RoboHelp specifications.
