mms.cfg questions

Hi, I have a couple of questions related to mms.cfg file

1) We have multiple versions of Adobe Flash Player running in our systems. (From 10 to 25)

Is the mms.cfg file used in all versions from 10 to 25 to set Auto-Update options?

2) Is mms.cfg file uniform across ActiveX, NPAPI and PPAPI. Does it differ it any of them
