Moving the page numbers in the TOC to the left of the contents item

Hi everyone,

In RH 2020 (2020.5.71), is there anyway to move the page number to the right of the list item?

Is there also a way to format the page number independently of the title colour? And remove the .....?

I had a poke around but can't see anything obvious in the stylesheet.

I can't think of anything that would accomplish it in Word, so I don't imagine there's anything similar for PDF. However, I'm definitely not an expert in PDF output.
